Private Transportation

From the gate, without a pause

Met at arrivals, moving in minutes

The transfer begins before you land. Your flight is tracked, and your chauffeur adjusts to it — early, delayed, or rerouted, at no charge. At the arrivals gate a name board waits; from there the cases are taken, the car is brought to the curb, and Tokyo begins from a seat prepared for you. One arrangement, door to door, on your clock.

  • Flight tracked — pickup adjusts to delays at no charge
  • A name board at the arrivals gate
  • Luggage loaded, transferred, carried
  • A professional chauffeur — language confirmed for your vehicle
  • Child seats fitted in advance
  • Chilled water aboard

Lexus LM500h Executive

Executive lounge

A private first-class cabin on wheels. Behind the partition, two reclining lounge seats face a quiet world of their own — the car the most important arrivals step out of.

  • Reclining lounge seats

Ottoman footrests and a full recline turn the rear cabin into a place to truly rest.

  • Massage & private climate

Built-in massage and a dedicated rear climate zone, set to the degree.

  • Refrigerated compartment

Chilled water and refreshments kept ready for the road.

  • Rear-seat cinema

A high-definition screen and premium audio, for the longer drive.

  • Privacy glass & partition

Darkened glass and a raise-able partition for a discreet, sealed-off calm.

A 360° camera, adaptive cruise, and lane-keeping keep the ride glass-smooth — the kind of quiet you only notice when it ends.

Frequently asked questions

How does the meet & greet work at Haneda and Narita?+

Your chauffeur tracks the flight from the moment it leaves the ground, so an early landing or a long delay changes nothing — and costs nothing. At the arrivals gate a name board is waiting; your cases are taken there, the car is brought to the curb, and you are moving toward the city within minutes of clearing customs.

Which vehicle suits an airport transfer — and how much luggage fits?+

The Toyota Alphard is a practical option for small groups, while the GranAce Premium and Lexus LM500h suit guests seeking individual lounge seating. Our Tokyo VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter provides six rear lounge seats plus one separate front passenger seat, with up to three large cases as a planning guide, subject to suitcase dimensions and actual fit. Extra baggage may require a separately charged luggage HiAce. The Sprinter chauffeur speaks Japanese only; an English-speaking guide or interpreter is available for a separate fee. Tell Japan Royal Service your party, route and luggage details so we can check the right vehicle.

How long is the drive from Haneda or Narita to central Tokyo?+

From Haneda, most central districts are 30–45 minutes; from Narita, 60–90 depending on traffic and where in the city you are staying. Your chauffeur reads the expressways in real time and chooses the quiet route — the drive is yours to rest through, not to navigate.

How do we book, and how is the price set?+

Send your flight number, party size, luggage count, and hotel — by WhatsApp, LINE, or email. A coordinator replies with a fixed quote for the vehicle and route, confirmed in writing before you fly. No meters, no surge: the price you confirm is the price at the curb.
