Six-seat VIP lounge

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Japan Royal Service arranges a distinctive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a private six-seat VIP lounge in Tokyo. Six guests can enjoy the rear cabin; one further passenger may use the separate front passenger seat, subject to the assigned vehicle and comfort requirements. This is not a standard nine- or fifteen-passenger Sprinter. The professional chauffeur speaks Japanese only; an English-speaking guide or interpreter can be arranged separately. Tokyo charter rates start at ¥350,000 for ten hours, before tax and expenses.

The interior

Inside the cabin

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter six-seat VIP passenger lounge — vehicle configuration reference
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter rear VIP passenger seating — please confirm the assigned vehicle

A comfortable six-guest VIP lounge rather than a high-density group bus. Reclining seating, privacy curtains and a movable partition between chauffeur and rear cabin are part of this vehicle's configuration; individual amenities and their operation are reconfirmed before booking. Please note the separate front seat is not part of the six-seat rear VIP lounge. The chauffeur speaks Japanese, so we can coordinate an English-speaking guide if needed.

Seat layout

Where everyone sits

Six VIP seats in the private rear lounge, plus one separate passenger seat beside the Japanese-speaking chauffeur. A group of six can stay together in the rear VIP cabin; a seventh guest would use the front seat, not an extra VIP seat. Any accompanying guide occupies a guest seat. Final capacity and safety arrangements are checked for the exact vehicle.

LUGGAGE

When a private guide joins the drive, they occupy one guest seat. Infant and booster child seats are fitted in advance on request — tell us ages when you book.

Luggage

What the compartment holds

This VIP lounge configuration prioritizes passenger comfort over cargo space. Plan on no more than three large suitcases in the Sprinter, subject to each bag's dimensions and a final load check. Carry-on capacity is not guaranteed. If your party has more luggage, Japan Royal Service can arrange one separate Toyota HiAce luggage vehicle at an additional charge. Tell us all suitcase sizes before booking.

Carry-ons

Three large cases is a maximum planning guide, not a guaranteed fit. Excess luggage requires a separately charged vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

Who receives booking priority, and can new guests book at short notice?+

Priority reservations are offered to our long-standing members and returning clients. If the vehicle remains available at short notice, we may also be able to accommodate new guests. All requests are subject to an individual availability check.

How many guests can travel in the VIP Sprinter?+

Six guests can use the rear VIP lounge seats. One additional passenger may sit in the separate front seat beside the chauffeur, subject to the vehicle assignment. The front seat is not a seventh VIP lounge seat.

How much does a Sprinter charter cost in Tokyo?+

A 10-hour Tokyo private charter starts at ¥350,000 for the Sprinter and Japanese-speaking chauffeur, excluding consumption tax. Tolls, parking, extra hours, guide or interpreter, a separate luggage HiAce and all other expenses are additional. Request a written quote from Japan Royal Service for your date and route.

Can six guests bring six large suitcases in the Sprinter?+

No, not in this six-seat VIP layout. Allow up to three large cases only, with dimensions checked before confirmation. For a larger baggage load we arrange one additional Toyota HiAce luggage vehicle, priced separately.

Does the Sprinter chauffeur speak English?+

The chauffeur speaks Japanese only. Japan Royal Service can handle your arrangements in English and arrange a separate English-speaking guide or interpreter for the day at an additional fee.

Can I take the Sprinter from Tokyo to Kyoto or Osaka?+

Intercity travel may be arranged subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Moving the Sprinter from Tokyo to Kyoto, Osaka or another city incurs an additional full-day relocation charge, in addition to charter charges. All tolls, parking, fuel-related route expenses, accommodation where required and other actual costs are charged separately. Final routing and charges require an individual quote.

What is the best way to reserve this VIP Sprinter?+

Please contact Japan Royal Service directly with your travel date, pickup and destination, number of passengers, number and sizes of cases, and desired charter hours. We verify the exact vehicle, chauffeur and total quote before confirming any booking.
