Bookings & proposals
All itineraries are prepared as private proposals. A booking is confirmed only once a deposit is received and written confirmation is issued by Japan Royal Service.
Changes & cancellations
Plans evolve, and we build flexibility into every journey. Cancellation terms depend on the suppliers reserved on your behalf and are set out clearly in your proposal.
Liability
Japan Royal Service acts as a travel designer and coordinator. Services delivered by third-party suppliers are subject to their own terms, which we will always make available to you.
